As part of this commitment, we have created the “Kimberley ClientRequests” system. Unlike other builders, we have developed a system to ensure quality control and to monitor information passed between our office and our homeowners. We have a team of administrators who manage all customer requests, instead of just sales managers. This system enables us to more promptly ensure that your request is forwarded to the appropriate person and dealt with quickly and efficiently, and in writing.
