We are well into winter here in Edmonton, and many of you “Snowbirds” have probably already fled the city for warmer climes. And we don’t blame you! But who is going to shovel the snow and take care of outdoor maintenance while you are away?

In Keswick Villas, we have tried to anticipate the issues that many of you face when winter hits, and offer a customized solution.

We are pleased to offer an optional All Season Maintenance Service to all of our Keswick Villas Homeowners, with two packages available to choose from. Our “Greenest Grass Service” offers assistance with mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning during the summer (from May to October), but it’s the “Winter White  Service” that most of our current homeowners are interested in right now. This service includes snow removal and ice management for your driveway, sidewalks, and front steps from November until April. Come home after a warm winter in Palm Springs or Scottsdale to a tidy exterior – and no tickets from bylaw!

As the Maintenance Service is optional, you can use one plan or the other, or both depending on your personal situation. We trust Branch Landscaping to do an amazing job with your home, and are happy to let you know that they do offer additional services on top of the ones included in your Keswick Villas package.
