As the infill market continues to expand throughout the city of Edmonton and beyond finding the right size homesite, in the right community, with the amenities you’re looking for and with a home ready to be torn down, can be challenging. In this case, our clients found a wonderful property in a mature neighborhood in St. Albert but were disheartened at that thought of tearing down a home in such great condition. Instead of eliminating this specific lot as an option, Amanda suggested selling the existing home and moving it off their property.
